By accessing or using SkyHugh ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SkyHugh is a short-video sharing platform with integrated Hugh AI assistant, part of the SKYNET Ecosystem. The platform enables users to create, share, and discover short-form video content and earn SKC (SkyCoin) tokens for engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use SkyHugh. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person; do not share accounts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

5. Content guidelines

You may not post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Depicts violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Is sexually explicit or involves minors in any inappropriate way
• Constitutes spam or misleading information

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on SkyHugh, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

SkyHugh's brand, design, and technology are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. SKC tokens

SKC (SkyCoin) tokens earned through the platform are subject to the SkyCoin terms at skycoin.online. Token values may fluctuate. We make no guarantees regarding the monetary value of SKC tokens.

8. Hugh AI assistant

Hugh AI provides content suggestions and assistance. AI-generated recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for all users. Do not rely solely on Hugh AI for professional advice.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating engagement metrics
• Using bots or automated tools without written permission

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
